Landscape Project on West Lindsey Begins Next Phase on Saturday

Beginning Saturday, the contractor working for the city will be installing irrigation lines and plantings on the north side of West Lindsey Street from 24th Avenue SW to McGee Drive.  On the same day, the contractor plans to begin installation of irrigation lines on the north side of Lindsey Street between McGee Drive and Berry Road.

Residential spring cleanup begins April 7

The City of Norman’s residential spring cleanup kicks off on April 7 with curbside pickup of household items for customers who have regular cart service on Mondays. Residents should have all items out by 7:30 a.m. on the day of their collection.

Landscape project on West Lindsey begins next phase on Thursday

Beginning Thursday, a contractor working for the city will be installing irrigation lines and plantings on the north side of West Lindsey Street from McGee Drive to 24th Avenue SW. The work will require temporary closure of the outside westbound lane. The inside westbound lane will be fully open. Access to businesses will be maintained at all times during the project.

On Monday at approximately 9 a.m., the contractor working for the city will begin installing irrigation lines and plantings on the south side of West Lindsey Street from McGee Drive to 24th Avenue SW. The work will require the temporary closure of the outside easdtbound lane. The inside eastbound lane will be fully open.
