Customer Service Representative I-Utility Services
High school diploma or equivalent. One year of general recordkeeping or bookkeeping experience or any equivalent combination of education and experience. Excellent customer service experience including dealing with the public over the telephone and face to face. Knowledge of office administrative and secretarial practices and procedures, such as business letter writing and operation of standard office equipment, including personal and networked computers, Microsoft Word and Excel software, and 10-key. Applicant must receive a passing score on data entry test and score at least 70% on spelling test in order to receive an application. Tests are given at the City of Norman located at 201 West Gray, Building C in the Human Resources Office, Monday through Friday between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm.
