The City Council meets for Study Session as needed, generally on the 1st, 3rd, & 5th Tuesday in the Municipal Building Executive Conference Room, 201 W. Gray, at 5:30 pm. 

Council Conferences are held as needed prior to the regular Council meetings on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of every month in the Municipal Building Executive Conference Room, 201 W. Gray, at 5:30 pm. 

Town meetings and Retreats are held as needed, generally in the Municipal Building, 201 W. Gray.
