Join us at Saxon Park for a hands-on foraging workshop that will discuss foraging safety and commonly foraged items in Oklahoma, followed by walks to harvest pecans, acorns, persimmons, and sumac berries. Be sure to wear hiking shoes and bring rain gear as needed; the workshop may include up to one mile of walking. We'll wrap up with a summary of our findings and foraged goods.
