Volunteers are an integral part of Norman Animal Welfare assisting staff with everything from animal care to outreach to administrative tasks. 

Citizens wishing to volunteer with Norman Animal Welfare must complete volunteer orientation before submitting an application. Orientations will be held on multiple dates each month. To reserve your spot at an upcoming orientation, send an email to Ashley.Battiest@normanok.gov. All volunteers are subject to a background check depending on the area or task assigned.
