Boyd Street between Berry Road and McGee Drive will be closed from approximately 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. on August 8 for preventative maintenance treatment work, which will be carried out by a contractor.
This work will consist of cleaning the roadway surface and applying a pavement sealant. A detour route will be established to direct travelers south of Boyd Street to Cruce Street. The contractor will work with residents and businesses to maintain property access, however there will be times when driveway access will be delayed.
Additionally, minor traffic impacts should be expected at the following locations between August 9 and August 20, 2024:
