Per the contractor, Franklin Road bridge maintenance activities have been delayed and are now slated to begin 1/16/23. The work is still expected to last for a duration of 20 days.

CROSSROADS BOULEVARD INFORMATION

On 1/9/23, bridge maintenance activities on Crossroads Boulevard east of 36th Avenue NW over Brookhaven Creek will begin by Cimarron Construction Company, a contractor for the City of Norman. This work will require the closure of the bridge and will consist of general maintenance activities including concrete repair, debris removal, rip-rap installation and handrail repair. Traffic control devices will be in place to guide the travelling public around this construction. 

The work on this location is expected to last for a duration of 20 days.

FRANKLIN ROAD INFORMATION

On 1/9/23, bridge maintenance activities on Franklin Road between 60th Avenue NE and 72nd Avenue NE will begin by Cimarron Construction Company, a contractor for the City of Norman. This work will require the closure of the bridge and will consist of general maintenance activities including repair of bridge deck joints. Traffic control devices will be in place to guide the travelling public around this construction.

The work on this location is expected to last for a duration of 20 days.
