The City of Norman's Water Treatment Division claimed first place in the 2024 Oklahoma Water Taste Test Contest! The event was part of the Annual American Public Works Association & Oklahoma Water Environment Association Conference where different systems in Oklahoma are allowed to submit a sample of their treated water for judging. The winner will be able to submit their sample to a regional water taste test contest in October and the first place winner there will go on to compete nationally. 

Competitors at the contest won this month included systems from Midwest City, Tulsa and Broken Arrow.
