Norman City Council will consider an item at first reading to adopt updates to the Engineering Design Criteria, Standard Specifications and Construction Drawings on February 14, 2023. The second reading of the ordinance to adopt updates will be February 28, 2023. Public comment is welcome February 28, 2023. Access a City of Norman meeting calendar here.

The 25-year update of these important infrastructure design documents has been underway since Spring 2020 and has included extensive public engagement. Documents – to include current and previous versions – remain available online for review at: https://freese.mysocialpinpoint.com/normanedcupdate.
