EMC Services, LLC will begin construction of the sidewalks along Flood Avenue between Gray Street and Dakota Street on 5/31/22. This work is expected to last for a duration of 60 days and will include a one lane closure with detours. Alternate routes are advised during this construction.

Work is expected to begin on the north end of the project near Dakota Street and progress south along the west side of Flood Avenue to Gray Street.  Once the west side of the street is completed, work will shift to the east side of Flood Avenue near Gray Street progressing north toward Dakota Street.  The project will be constructed in phases to minimize disruptions to motorists with one direction being detoured at a time.  The first phase will close southbound Flood Avenue between Dakota Street and Kansas Street.
