Norman Animal Welfare is restoring all services and corresponding fees as well as public access effective February 11, 2021.
Specific services being reinstated include:
All adoptions will be completed by appointment only. Walk-ins will be accommodated if space is available.

Stray animal intake will resume at Norman Animal Welfare.
- Residents who identify a stray animal that remains at large or appears dangerous can report the location of the animal by calling 405-321-1444. A Norman Animal Welfare Officer will respond to the area.

Owner Surrendered Animals
Owned animals needing to be surrendered will be placed on a wait list and relinquished as space is available. Residents can call 405-292-9736 to be placed on the waitlist.
In-person pet licensing services at the Norman Animal Welfare facility will resume by appointment. To schedule an appointment, call 405-292-9736. Walk-ins will be accommodated if space is available.
