James Brueggart

The Norman Police Department is asking for the public’s help to locate two persons of interest in an ongoing suspicious death investigation.

Investigators are currently looking for 28-year-old James Brueggert (DOB: 7/28/1992) and 30-year-old Skyler Branton (DOB: 04/16/1990) as they are believed to be the last people to see 21-year-old Leanna Rae Ball on October 16 in Norman. 

Ball was in danger due to her history of drug use, and investigators believe Brueggert and Branton likely have information regarding her death.

This case is currently under investigation by the NPD Criminal Investigations Division.
