A portion of Acres Street will be closed for approximately 1 week, weather permitting, between Utah Avenue and N. Berry Road starting Thursday, June 13, 2024. The closure is due to an emergency natural gas line repair. Oklahoma Natural Gas Company’s construction involves pavement removal, excavation, repair of the natural gas main, backfill, and repair roadway within the limits of the temporary road closure. A signed detour will be in place using Flood Avenue, W. Robinson Street and N. Berry Road. Access to the neighborhoods will be available via established detour routes. Traffic devices will be installed to direct the traveling public.
