All lanes of Rich Street will be closed to through traffic between Peters Avenue and Crawford Avenue beginning Monday, Oct 11, at 8:00 a.m. for approximately 5 days, weather permitting. Access for local residents will be available. Through traffic will be via the established detour route. Traffic devices will be installed to direct the traveling public.

This 6-inch water line construction project under Rich Street is to serve the Trinity Baptist Church.
