Spor Plumbing, on behalf of the Norman Utilities Authority, will begin replacement of the existing sewer line on Webster Avenue between Gray Street and Tonhawa Street on Oct. 25.  To facilitate this work, Webster Avenue from Gray Street to Tonhawa Street will be closed from Oct. 25 until Nov. 3.  Traffic will be detoured around this closure.
