UPDATE: Investigation into Incident that Initiated Amber Alert Ongoing

The Norman Police Department (NPD) continues to investigate the incident that initiated this week’s Amber Alert including a nexus to interstate sex trafficking that elevated the level of concern for both the woman and child. Both have been located safe and reconnected with friends and family.

The two subjects of the July 26 Amber Alert, 23-year-old Alyssia Lee and her 10-month-old child Ka’Marion Lee, were located at approximately 1:30 a.m. today in Houston, Texas following an extensive investigation. Both are safe.
