Residents may have been or may be contacted via call or text to complete a Parks & Recreation survey for the City of Norman.

To continue offering programs that residents need and support, the Department of Parks & Recreation periodically contracts with a third-party research company to conduct a study of randomly selected households. This process began in May 2022; ETC Institute, the contracted research firm, is now reminding selected households to complete the survey by phone call and text. Questions may be directed to Ryan.Murray@ETCInstitute.com.

Feedback from residents has been instrumental in helping to bring recreational programs and services to Norman. Collected responses will be used to complete the Norman Parks and Recreation operations and programming needs assessment to ensure that the department is ready to best serve residents.

Be advised that survey conduction and completion will not entail a request for any confidential information, such as social security numbers or bank codes. Residents are advised to never share this type of information with survey takers. Any resident that feels they have been a victim of a scam may contact the Norman Police Department at 405.321.1444.
