A portion of the outside north-bound lane of traffic on Ed Noble Parkway, north of Lindsey Street, will be closed 10/3/23 for dead tree removal work in the area.  Approximately 500 ft will be blocked off, across the street from the IHOP restaurant. This means that the north-bound traffic will be reduced to a single lane, from 7 a.m. until 5 p.m.  Access to nearby businesses should be un-altered.
