Norman Animal Welfare is holding a free adoption event this week in support of Clear the Shelters. Adoption fees will be waived through August 24. The Norman Citizens Advisory Board (NCAB) recently met to review and discuss a number of recent investigations and incidents. On August 7, NCAB provided NPD Chief Kevin Foster a written response regarding their review of these incidents and investigations. The full response is attached.
