Were you a witness to a crime but want a safe way to provide your critical information to authorities without revealing your identity?

Norman Crime Stoppers provides a platform for citizens to submit anonymous tips directly to the Norman Police Department via web submission, phone call, or the P3 app on your smartphone. All submissions are completely anonymous. You will never be required to provide your name. Your anonymity is guaranteed.

All tips submitted to Norman Crime Stoppers are eligible for a reward. The reward amount varies based on the outcome of the tip. All rewards are also subject to approval by the Norman Crime Stoppers Board of Directors.

Remember, these methods are for non-emergency tip reporting only. If your tip is in regards to a current emergency, please call 911.

Phone Tip

To submit an anonymous tip through a phone call, call 405-366-STOP (7867). Once dialed, your phone call will be directed to a third-party call center that is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Once your tip has been provided, the call taker will provide you with a Tip ID for future communication or follow-up. 

Tip Submission via P3 Smartphone App

To submit an anonymous tip via the smartphone app, download the P3 Tips App to your device. The download is free. Once downloaded, follow the steps outlined on the application to walk you through your tip submission.
