Norman Animal Welfare offers free spays and neuters for feral, trapped cats. Cats will also be vaccinated and ear-tipped as part of the procedure. Cats must be trapped in the City of Norman and must be brought in by a Norman resident.

Cats can be dropped off between 8:15 a.m. and 8:45 a.m. on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, or Fridays.

All cats must be in a live trap and be picked up between 3:30 p.m. and 5 p.m. on the same day as drop off. The cat must be returned to the same location where it was trapped within 24 hours.
