• I’m not swimming, do I have to pay for entrance to the party?

• Yes, everyone has to pay an entry fee, unless under 4 years old or they are a season pass holder.

• Can I bring an ice cream cake?

• If you are planning to eat it right away you can, otherwise we are unable to store an ice cream cake in our freezer.

• How much is it to add a pizza pack?

• Our pizza packs are $125 and include 4 large pizzas, your choice of pepperoni or cheese, 4 pitchers of fountain drinks and 15 ice cream cups/bomb pops. Additional pizzas, pitchers and ice creams are available for purchase.

• We have food allergies, can we bring our own food?

• One of our party options is to bring your own food for a $100 outside food fee.

• How many people can I invite for our party?

• Each party rental comes with 15 wristbands. The maximum capacity for our parties is 30 guests per party area.

• How long do we get the party area?

• Each reservation gets 2 hours in a party area.

• Can we swim all day after our party?

• Yes, please feel free to stay and swim after your party. We do ask that you remove all of your items from the party area so we can clean and make it ready for our next guests.

• Can we come and swim before our party?

• Yes, you can swim before your party. Your reserved area will not be available until your reservation time though.         

• Where do I put my stuff after the party, can I move it to a table outside of the party area?

• Once your reservation time is over we ask that you move your party items. You can take them to your car or a lounging area outside of the concession zone.

• Can I bring a cooler?

• Yes, you may bring a cooler filled with waters for your party time. (Pitchers of water are provided during your party time) You will have to put the cooler in your car at the end of your party time though, as coolers are not allowed in our swimming areas.

• Can I bring a piñata?

• We do not allow piñata’s.

• Can I bring decorations?

• Yes, you can bring decorations. We ask that you do not bring anything that requires electricity.

• Where do we check in for our party?

• Check in for parties will be at the NE gate, to the left of general admission.

• How much is a party and what is included?

• Season Pass holders/$250.00  Non-pass holders/$300.00

• You party entitles you to 2 hours in a party zone, 15 wristbands for guests,  a party host to help with your party needs, , pitchers of water, paper goods, and a swag bag for your birthday child.( drawstring bag, t-shirt, wristband, and 2 day passes to come again.)

• Is there a deposit required to book my party?

• We require full payment, up front, to book your party.

• What is your cancellation policy?

• We ask that you give at least 24 hour notice for cancellations. We understand that emergencies do happen and we will work with you to reschedule or refund your party.

• If we have to cancel your party due to weather or mechanical issues, we will work with you to reschedule or refund your party.

• What items can I bring for my party?

• You may bring a cake, cupcakes or cookies, decorations, and a cooler of water.

• What items are not allowed at my party?

• Piñatas

• Toys (unless they are presents that you will not be taking in the water)

• Inflatables, including baby floats.

• Outside food and drink (unless you have paid the outside food fee)

• Life jackets and puddle jumpers that are not coast guard approved.

• Can I order a pizza pack the day of my party?

• We cannot guarantee what time your pizza will arrive if you order the day of your party. We can better serve you if we know in advance.

• Can I bring in a cake without booking a party?

• There is no outside food or drink allowed in the park, unless you have reserved a party area.

• How early can I arrive for my party?

• We ask that you arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before your party.

• How many slices in a pizza?

• Our pizzas are Marco’s large pizzas and have 8 slices in each.

• Can I bring my own life jacket?

• If your life jacket/puddle jumper is stamped with the Coast Guard Approved stamp, yes you may bring it.

• Is the birthday child included in my passes?

• The birthday child and anyone attending your party will be counted as one of your 15 passes. If you need more than the 15 provided you may purchase additional passes for $5.00 each.
