The City of Norman Water Conservation Plan outlines the City’s water supply and distribution system, and its efforts to conserve water all year long. In addition, this document lists the stages for the Drought Contingency Plan in order to conserve water during periods of drought that stress our water supply. This includes odd/even watering all year long.  The City Manager will implement other stages based on a set of triggers in our water supply and distribution system. Each stage has a list of goals for conserving water for every Norman citizen to follow.
